Costs

Standard registration fee of $300.00 (USD) includes the following:

• One 8' Table
• Two Chairs
• Lunch for Three Representatives
• Advertisement of Job Opportunities
• Free dial up internet service (DSL is available for additional charge)

Set-up/Tear-down

• Set-up may begin as early as 10:30 am with the requirement that set-up be complete no later than 12:30 pm.
• Please contact us if you have special set-up needs that were not noted on your registration. Due to our location, additional equipment will not be available on the day of the event.
• Teardown begins immediately following the event. We request that you remain at your booth until 5:00 pm as attendees are counting on your presence.

Refunds

No refunds will be granted for cancellations after January 30, 2009 or if you fail to show for the Partnership in Employment Career Fair. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Cassandra Marrs at: marrs@gonzaga.edu

Parking

Employer Parking Vouchers: Are valid on February 25, 2009 between the hours of 10:30am and 5:30pm.

Recruitment Material

All participating organizations are encouraged to bring a sufficient supply of recruitment material as no printing facilities are available on site. See shipping information below.

Current fair information is provided as well as a brief overview of the benefits to your organization.

Interviewing

On Site – interview rooms are available during the fair.
After the fair – interviews may be scheduled with universities the day after the fair.
